This 22" wide plank fir floor, "one of a kind" was in serious need of repair. AGAIN!
 
About 2 years ago, this floor was refinished. A lousy job of drum sanding created pits and sander burn marks all over the place.

Revealed by our 3 head oscillating type sander, those dark patches are burns left by incorrect use of a drum sander.
 
Just another shot of our floor that was not correctly sanded. What you can't see are the valleys left in the floor and also from incorrect sanding.

Our sanding completed, on goes the first coat of proper finish.

Floor has been restored - repaired to better than original condition.

Three proper coats later, our one of a kind floor is completely and properly repaired.
 
Looks GREAT! And it is going to out last the original finish.
